A bit of a scattered video, but I want to address men and losing their emotional awareness, Fresh and Fit's fallout due to losing control of their emotions and how Rich Cooper from Entrepreneurs In Cars calls me out (in the correct logical way) and a response to that.
So you guys have various preferences for television night. Some are very obscure that I can't find for download so I'll have to dig a bit deeper, but leave a list and I'll snap as many as I can up. I'll likely need to get a larger hard drive at some point, but we can get started.

This is where I currently live. I am on the 2nd floor.
The landlord that lived on the 1st floor died. Right now I'm enjoying free rent. 😁
I'm thinking of buying the home from the executor. Whoever that will be.
It's a good home but a few things to consider;
1. Baltimore property taxes are quite high. I would have to pay $4,500 a year on this home.
2. I would have to stay here and I've though of leaving.
3. I could only afford to buy the home. The renovation costs would be $50k+ after having a friend that has done home builds told me. Kitchen has to get completed gutted. So would 2nd floor to make it more rentable.
4. It's not clear if the neighborhood is zoned to actually allow rentals. There is only 1 apartment building in this area.
What do you guys think?
