A bit of a scattered video, but I want to address men and losing their emotional awareness, Fresh and Fit's fallout due to losing control of their emotions and how Rich Cooper from Entrepreneurs In Cars calls me out (in the correct logical way) and a response to that.
So you guys have various preferences for television night. Some are very obscure that I can't find for download so I'll have to dig a bit deeper, but leave a list and I'll snap as many as I can up. I'll likely need to get a larger hard drive at some point, but we can get started.

Feeling good! Been on a weight loss kick, roughly on par with Joker. Started at the beginning of May, and I just weighed in about 25lbs lighter. Just walking and water (and a bit of a caloric deficit). I did kick it up a notch last week and started walking to the disc golf park about 2.5 miles away to play a round every other day. About 2 hrs round trip. Wondering how that'll hold up when the weather gets into the 90s and up.
Anyway, thought I'd share. I didn't think I cared to get back into shape, after so long but I felt inspired after my road trip to Austin. I had finally unplugged long enough to break the hold the computer had on me and couldn't sit still after driving so long.
Bonus: boobs
