Hey gang, you've likely noticed I've been absent for the last few days. I'll fill you in on why so you don't think I abandoned all you awesome supporters.
This week I started a fast and have been just reading the news and watching the world go to shit haha. I ate and did movie night as usual on Saturday with you all, then I fasted until Wednesday night when I had a meal, then I've been fasted since. It's pretty much a 2/7 diet or 2 meals per seven days. (Not a meal plan, it's just MY thing). So far I'm down a little over 7 lbs. in 2 weeks.
As usual when I fast I feel really great, however my sleep gets a little wonky and I find concentrating on meaningful or serious tasks are a bit challenging. Thus, when I've gathered things here and there to do for a video, and I get prepped I find I'm just not really in the mood, and one of the things I've learned is that if a content creator isn't into the work, the video quality, content and its viewers suffer.
So, while I adjust to my new eating schedule, I'll be a bit light on the videos for a few more days then I'll get back into it as I adjust. Saturday night at the movies will still be in full effect, I will not however be drinking.
Thanks for the patience gang and I'll have more content coming in just a couple more days. In the meantime, I'm relaxing, gaming and watching movies. Should there be interest, I might even stream one of my gaming sessions so we can chat and discuss the world, just comment below.

A bit of a scattered video, but I want to address men and losing their emotional awareness, Fresh and Fit's fallout due to losing control of their emotions and how Rich Cooper from Entrepreneurs In Cars calls me out (in the correct logical way) and a response to that.
So you guys have various preferences for television night. Some are very obscure that I can't find for download so I'll have to dig a bit deeper, but leave a list and I'll snap as many as I can up. I'll likely need to get a larger hard drive at some point, but we can get started.

- Friday - Movie Night (if UFC is on Saturday Night)
- Saturday - Movie Night (Unless UFC is on then it will move to Friday Night)
- Wednesday - 80's Night
- Sundays (football during season)
