Guilty pleasure edition.
Tonight we're going to watch 2 movies that I think are under most people's radar but are two of my favorite guilty pleasures.
First we'll watch the movie that helped get me through my divorce, Moon. It's a slow burn thriller with what I consider to be the best acting in a movie by one man I've ever seen by Sam Rockwell. It instantly made me a huge fan of his, especially since we're used to him playing dumb guys in movies. I watched this on repeat every night while trying to sleep to give me some ambiance when mending my broken life after my divorce.
Secondly, we'll watch Sam Raimi's small Canadian cult classic, Crime Wave. This flew under the radar at the time and is actually quite difficult to even find. It's a surrealist comedy with very unique scenes and camera shots, a must watch even if campy and over the top.

This was shared by Elon today. While not perfect by any means, it's quite amazing. A user gave Opus 5.5 a prompt, gave it access To Midjourney and a Moodboard to create it's own synthesizer music. It worked for 12 hours and came up with this music video from one prompt while left unattended overnight.
The fact that he gave it a prompt and basically went to bed and it wrote the lyrics, directed and 'filmed' this overnight is pretty sick.
What it produced it's both amazing and somewhat frightening. As I believed it would, it's learning and improving exponentially.
Better than anything from our music industry really.

A bit of a scattered video, but I want to address men and losing their emotional awareness, Fresh and Fit's fallout due to losing control of their emotions and how Rich Cooper from Entrepreneurs In Cars calls me out (in the correct logical way) and a response to that.
So you guys have various preferences for television night. Some are very obscure that I can't find for download so I'll have to dig a bit deeper, but leave a list and I'll snap as many as I can up. I'll likely need to get a larger hard drive at some point, but we can get started.

Man, I hate this. I made some comments during the Bills game and sent a picture of a fantastic winery in Norge, VA about loud women. Scenery is wonderful and the wine was very, very good. But goddamn. White women suck. A group of aged out Karen’s ruined the whole goddamn thing.
I did get up and not so gently said “Ladies, what the hell?! Do you fucking mind?! I don’t care about the selfies, hell I’ll help you take them. But please shut up. You’re being obnoxious.” They started getting lippy but the other tables of customers backed me up. Even 2 black girls dressed pretty ostentatiously (I mean, cow pajamas?!) in their 20’s backed me up. They started to go full Karen but I didn’t back off an inch and started getting closer, I mean, you take on a Karen by being a man and never backing down.
They backed off and retreated to the loft inside.
It’s a goddamn shame that females in their 40’s don’t know how to fucking behave. Fucking ridiculous. Goddamn.
