Gang. I'm running some stuff over to the dump today while cleaning out the former 'man cave' (the metal building), then recording a video, then taking a day or so to migrate over to Linux.
An upcoming Windows patch will put their "Recall" feature with AI on higher end Windows 11 machines that will take snapshots of your system, your browsing and banking info so you can 'recall' various things in your workday history and go back to them.
Even if it's an "opt out" system, I'm not taking the risk. I'm migrating my laptop and desktop editing system over to Linux OS. It will take a bit of time to back up my machines and get everything prepped but then I'm making the leap. There'll be some blips as always but with so many new distros available, finding one I like that's 'user friendly' won't be hard as I'm familiar with Linux. Right now I'm considering Mint for the desktop and POP OS! for the laptop since it has integrated software and video card selection that let's be define which GPU I use for various tasks, meaning I can high end game or low GPU power draw browse the web while saving battery life if I so desire.
I'll keep you posted on the process, the migration and the results..

A bit of a scattered video, but I want to address men and losing their emotional awareness, Fresh and Fit's fallout due to losing control of their emotions and how Rich Cooper from Entrepreneurs In Cars calls me out (in the correct logical way) and a response to that.
So you guys have various preferences for television night. Some are very obscure that I can't find for download so I'll have to dig a bit deeper, but leave a list and I'll snap as many as I can up. I'll likely need to get a larger hard drive at some point, but we can get started.
