(March 31) Ust-Luga burning again: Ukraine is now hitting this Russian oil port every other day - the shadow fleet tankers that loaded here keep waiting offshore.
Seventh day after the first strikes, the Russian port of Ust-Luga is still on fire.
Fire at Primorsk is out. Destroyed 8 tanks, damaged 5, 72% of storage offline. Primorsk handles about 30% of Russia's oil exports.
Russian oil exports fall by 1.75 million barrels per day as drones assault Baltic ports.
Primorsk - Russia's largest terminal - suspended loadings. Combined: 40% of Russia's total oil export capacity gone. Repair timeline: 18 to 24 months.
India gets 80% of its Russian crude from these two ports; not 80% of all oil to India, 80% of Russian oil to India. Global ripple effect is already starting.
