New ex-wife drama involving our 12yr old.
The ex's very wealthy male cousin, 57yr old American ex-pat living on coast in Spain, treated the ex and our youngster to an all expense paid trip through U.K., France and through Spain where he lives.
While away, he took them to dinner at a nice restaurant in France. The waiter served everyone alcohol, including the 12yr old. The mom said nothing. The cousin told the waiter she was underage. Afterwards, no one removed the alcohol from our daughter and she was allowed to drink.
Meanwhile, the cousin continued to top off my daughters drink from his own glass during the meal. To which the ex turned her head saying, "I see nothing."
A few days later, in Spain. He lives near the border of France, and made plans to take them back to France for a dinner at his friend's home.
