First - Repo Man - Starring Emilio Estevez - A down and out young punk gets a job working with a seasoned repo man, but what awaits him in his new career is a series of outlandish adventures revolving around aliens, the CIA, and a most wanted '64 Chevy.
Next Is - This Is 40 - Directed by Judd Apatow of Idiocracy fame starring Paul Rudd, John Lithgow, Megan Fox and Albert Brooks - Pete and Debbie are both about to turn 40, their kids hate each other, both of their businesses are failing, they're on the verge of losing their house, and their relationship is threatening to fall apart.
Lastly is - Weird Science - With Kelly LeBrock in prime form, Bill Paxton, Anthony Michael Hall and Ian Mitchell Smith. - Two unpopular teenagers, Gary and Wyatt, fail at all attempts to be accepted by their peers. Their desperation to be liked leads them to "create" a woman via their computer. Their living and breathing creation is a gorgeous woman, Lisa, whose purpose is to boost their confidence level by putting them into situations which require Gary and Wyatt to act like men.
A 'dating coach' shares how by supporting and being kind to her husband, she's actually secretly sabotaging his desires while fulfilling her own.

A bit of a scattered video, but I want to address men and losing their emotional awareness, Fresh and Fit's fallout due to losing control of their emotions and how Rich Cooper from Entrepreneurs In Cars calls me out (in the correct logical way) and a response to that.
Ok fellas, I've enlisted GrokBot to do some calculations, look for land listings and it's done a hell of a good job.
The idea is this buildout is the final goal, but we'll likely have something temporary in the meantime so the land is at least usable (rainwater collection with ad hock shower/wash station, some solar for wifi/electronic device charging, clearing for RV/Tent, outhouse or compost toilets etc)
